Consultations
At Vitality, during the initial visit, the functional medicine physician conducts a thorough analysis of the patient's medical history, from childhood to the present. In addition to current symptoms, factors such as past and present diet, lifestyle, previous and ongoing infections, exposure to environmental factors (past and current), stress levels, and family history are taken into account.
If the patient has undergone previous diagnostic tests, these are reviewed by the physician. The visit concludes with the establishment of a collaborative action plan. This plan includes therapeutic interventions (medications, supplementation, probiotic therapy), dietary recommendations, and, if necessary, additional conventional and functional laboratory tests.
All consultations are conducted by physicians experienced in the fields of functional medicine and lifestyle medicine.

Obesity Treatment Consultations
At Vitality, during consultations with patients suffering from excessive body weight, the doctor takes a holistic approach, viewing obesity as the result of complex interactions between genetics, lifestyle, diet, hormones, and the patient's overall health.

Initially, a detailed medical interview is conducted, analyzing the patient's health history, eating habits, stress levels, sleep, and physical activity. Diagnostic tests are then recommended, including conventional and functional tests, such as hormone level assessments, gut microbiome analysis, and inflammatory markers, to identify the underlying causes of obesity.

Based on the test results, the doctor develops a personalized treatment plan, which includes dietary changes (e.g., anti-inflammatory diet, elimination of processed foods), appropriate supplementation (e.g., vitamins, probiotics), and strategies for stress management and sleep improvement. Collaboration with other specialists, such as a dietitian, psychologist, or personal trainer, may also be part of the treatment process.
The entire therapy focuses on improving overall health, achieving hormonal balance, and restoring natural metabolic processes to achieve sustainable and healthy weight loss.

During each consultation, a detailed body composition analysis is performed using a Tanita device. The results are analyzed and interpreted by Dr. Molińska.

Intestinal microbiome diagnostic
Ailments: gastrointestinal complaints (flatulence, belching, reflux, diarrhea, constipation, non-specific abdominal pain), autoimmune diseases (e.g. Hashimoto 's disease, RA, Lupus erythematosus), Irritable Bowel Syndrome, overweight, obesity, immune disorders
Microbiome MINI
Detailed examination of the gut microbiome, bacterial diversity, presence of bacteria causing intestinal dysbiosis, and evaluation of potential fungal infection
(the price includes the cost of shipping the test to the patient and the cost of returning the samples)
Microbiome MIDI
Detailed examination of the gut microbiome, bacterial diversity, the presence of bacteria causing intestinal dysbiosis and the assessment of potential fungal infection or the presence of parasites
(the price includes the cost of shipping the test to the patient and the cost of returning the samples)
GI Effect
Full diagnostics of the gastrointestinal tract using the GI EFFECT test (Genova Diagnostics). The test assesses the intestinal microbiota, the integrity and condition of the intestinal mucosa, the parameters of inflammation of the mucosa, the function of the immune system, the processes of digestion and absorption of substances, the need to support the gastrointestinal tract with pro and probiotics, and potential bacterial, fungal or parasitic infections.
(the price includes the cost of shipping the test to the patient and the cost of returning the samples)
Assessment of digestion, absorption and inflammatory parameters
Assessment of parameters that allow to diagnose digestive and food absorption disorders, inflammation of the intestine or immune system response, e.g. to food allergens.

The test can be performed individually or added to the test to assess the gut microbiome (Microbiome MINI / MIDI).
Leaky Gut Syndrome
Ailments: Autoimmune diseases (including Hashimoto's Disease, RA, Lupus Erythematosus, Atopic Dermatitis), Food hypersensitivity
Biovis Leaky Gut

The test assessing the level of zonulin in the stool, high levels of which are associated with disturbances in the connections between the intestinal cells. The test is particularly useful in patients with food allergy and hypersensitivity, as well as autoimmune diseases (or their suspicions). By rebuilding the connections between the intestinal cells, we are able to alleviate or cure many diseases such as Hashimoto disease, rosacea and inflammatory bowel diseases.

The study is an additional examination to intestinal microbiome diagnostics (Microbiome MINI / MIDI).
Chronic fatigue syndrome and excessive stress
Ailments: Fatigue, depressed mood, lack of energy, recurring infections
Chronic Fatigue Screen
A study evaluating the effect of hormones, energy production and metabolic processes, which abnormalities underlie chronic fatigue syndrome. The study includes the assessment of the circadian rhythm of the secretion of the stress hormone - cortisol combined with the assessment of mitochondrial functioning, methylation processes (involved in the metabolism of hormones and neurotransmitters) and the assessment of exposure to toxic substances.
Metabolomix
Advanced nutritional diagnostics with the use of an organic acid profile, allowing for the individual assessment of the body's need for vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids. The study also gives insight into the gut microbiome and assesses potential yeast growth.
Adrenal Stress Profile
Daily assessment of the rhythm of cortisol secretion, enabling the assessment of adrenal gland efficiency and the diagnosis of HPA axis failure (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) resulting from excessive stress, improper eating habits, and insulin resistance.

Metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, diabetes, mood disorders, depression
Metabolomix
Advanced nutritional diagnostics with the use of an organic acid profile, allowing for the individual assessment of the body's need for vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids. The study also gives insight into the gut microbiome and assesses potential yeast growth.

Essential & Metabolic Fatty Acids Analysis
Assessment of the level of fatty acids (omega3, omega6, etc.), deficiencies of which are particularly often found in Patients with diabetes, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome or mood disorders (depression).

Food disturbances
IgG Foodprint 120
Study to identify food products that cause the patient's symptoms of hypersensitivity (symptoms may include gastrointestinal or other organ problems).
Foodprint IgG 220
An identifiable study food products causing the patient's hypersensitivity symptoms, especially recommended for patients with autoimmune diseases.
